 Blue Dart Courier Tracking Options 

Bluedart Courier shipment can be tracked online for 45 days from the date of sending package. There are many ways to check shipment status.

Online Tracking

The most common and fastest way to track Blue Dart status is to enter WayBill / Reference No in the above form and click on Track Courier Status button. This will display the current status of shipped package. Users who do not want to use above option, can always use Bluedart's official website bluedart.com.


Mobile Tracking

Blue Dart provides easy to use service MobileDart to customers who want to track location of courier package through mobile using SMS / WAP. There are currently two options offered through mobile tracking. One is to check current status of shipment and other one is to get delivery intimation.

To get details of current status of package consignment, customers can send SMS in following format to 56767

    T <WayBill / Reference Number>

To get message on delivery of shipment parcel, customers can send SMS in following format to 56767

    I <WayBill / Reference Number>


Email Tracking

Bluedart also provides another option to customer for tracking package. Customers who can not access Bluedart website and who can not send SMS, can use email for tracking purpose.

To find current shipment status by Waybill Number, send mail to track[at]bluedart.com with Waybill Number in Subject field or email body text.

For tracking consignment package by Reference / Order Number, send mail to trackref[at]bluedart.com with Reference / Order Number in Subject field.

Bluedart customers can also get automated email upon successful delivery of courier package. Just send mail to intimateme[at]bluedart.com with Waybill Number in Subject field.
